3. Dogs & Participation Requirements
For programs involving dogs, owners are responsible for ensuring that participating dogs:
Are healthy and fit for participation
Have current vaccinations where required
Do not present unreasonable safety risks to people or other dogs
Are supervised appropriately during activities
Canine Whimsy reserves the right to refuse participation to any dog or handler where safety, welfare, or operational concerns arise.
4. Events & Experiences
Participation in events, workshops, social gatherings, training sessions, and community activities is voluntary. By attending a Canine Whimsy event, you acknowledge that:
Dogs are animals with inherently unpredictable behaviour.
Outdoor and group activities involve certain risks.
You remain responsible for your own conduct and the conduct of any dog under your care.
Canine Whimsy may cancel, postpone, modify, or reschedule events when required due to operational, weather-related, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Academy Programs
Educational materials, courses, workshops, certifications, and training content provided through the Canine Whimsy Academy are intended for educational purposes.
No Professional Relationship
Participation in academy programs does not create any professional, veterinary, behavioural, legal, or medical relationship unless expressly stated.
Certifications
Completion of a course or certification does not guarantee employment, accreditation, or professional recognition.
6. Purchases & Payments
Products, memberships, event registrations, and services purchased through Canine Whimsy may be subject to additional terms. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Pay all applicable fees and taxes
- Comply with any cancellation or refund policies associated with the purchase
Canine Whimsy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, pricing errors, or operational issues occur.
